Paul is an incredible broker and human being. He went above and beyond for us, without us ever asking. This included, but not was limited to, getting bids for work that issues that came up during the inspection so we were could make sure mold was removed before we moved in. He coordinated with multiple companies, made the home available for walk throughs and compiled all the bids to review together and discuss pros and cons. This was after we signed the contract! Paul was always available, gave extremely thoughtful and strategic perspective and we knew he had our best interests at heart always. Even if it went against his. He remembered everything about our needs and family and went so far as to check in on our dog who was terminally ill at the time.
